The Fabulous Trainer Jeanette Jenkins

If you are not familiar with the Hollywood trainer Jeanette Jenkins.  I'm here to get you a tad bit familiar.  She is a Hollywood Trainer to Paula Patton, Kelly Rowland, Tia Mowry and many more.   I had a chance to see her on the Tia & Tamera show (Style Network),  and she was very encouraging to Tia regarding her pregnancy.   I also, got a chance to purchase a few of her DVD's.  The Power Yoga,  Cardio,  Kickboxing BootCamp,  and now I'm ready for her latest Sexy Abs with Kelly Rowland.  I have truly enjoyed each DVD for different reasons on different days.  Each time I feel great and see results.  I also, enjoy her encouraging words on twitter.  Check out a few below

Sheree Whitfield appeared on Bravo's, "Watch What Happens Live", and that alone was a train work..   Well, she now has a Diss Record, Yes!!  A Diss Recorded! "Who Gone Check Me Boo",   I honestly think, she needs to sell her Hermes' bag and buy her son a bed.  Did you see his air mattress on the last episode?Very sad when a woman and her ex don't have their priorities straight.  I hope someone check them soon.

Are You Ready For More Braxtons!!!!!

"Tamar & Vince"  will begin shooting their on reality show.  We tv just made the official announcement today.


This new show will follow Tamar in her ongoing pursuit of pop super stardom, with Vince helping and supporting her every step of the way.  Vince is always there to be the voice of reason, of course, and brings Tamar back down to earth.

Viewers will get an inside look at their complicated yet devoted relationship, including how their upscale lifestyle must adjust as Vince recovers from a recent life-threatening health scare.

Celebs Show Up For The VH1 Divas Show In New York

Jennifer Performed on Stage in this Multi-Color sparkling gown.  I think this look really works for her.


The beautiful Jill Scott looked beautiful in blue.  She is absolutely giving it.



Queen Latifah looked gorgeous in her royal blue gown.  She is currently promoting her new movie Joyful Noise.



The pretty singer Ledsi was giving the audience a wonderful show.



Marsha Ambrosius was also there..



LaLa Anthony made an appearance. . I miss her days on MTV.



The Lovely Chaka Khan, Mavis Staples and Erykah Badu performed.



Mary J Blige looked stunning in winter white and mink coat.




Boys II men showed up in jeans. I'm not sure if this is the best event to arrive at in casual clothing.  But,  I digress.. They eventually changed and performed on stage.


All the stars looked beautiful.  I'm looking forward to the show.
