VH1 promises a ton of drama this year.  We have all witnessed the falling out of Evelyn Lozada and Jennifer Williams friendship on twitter and online.  We will also be introduced to Kenya Bell and Kesha Nichols.


In season four of “Basketball Wives” the two new ladies alter the ever-changing landscape and dynamic among these women. Newcomer Kesha Nichols survived every girl's worst nightmare, having her engagement broken off by her ball-playing fiancé via email shortly before their wedding. Kenya Bell is in the process of finalizing a divorce from a basketball star and is one of the most notorious and controversial wives in the league, whose infamous reputation is well-known by the other wives. Shaunie O’Neal is on thepath to establishing herself as a business mogul. Evelyn Lozada and Jennifer Williams' 12-year friendship is in a precarious position.

Viola Davis & Octavia Spencer Win SAG Awards

Octavia Spencer and Viola Davis both were presented with a SAG Award for their performances in, "The Help".  Viola Davis received the Best Leading Actress Award and Octavia Spencer won Best supporting actress.  Octavia received the Golden Globe and Critics Choice Award for her performance as Minny.  Please check out there acceptance speech below.  

Valeshia Butterfield-Jones & Dahntay Joes Are Expecting

Valeisha Butterfield Jones founder of Ween,  and the Pacers Guard,  Dahntay Jones are expecting a new bundle of joy.

Valeisha and Dahntay were married 6 months ago, and today they are celebrating her birthday and announcing on her Facebook page she was pregnant.

Sanaa Lathan Opens Up About Kobe and The Best Man 2

Sanaa Lathan recently was interviewed by Ebony.com.  The Stunning 40 year old is currently a star of the "Clevelands",  and commented on the Kobe rumor and if the Best Man 2 is in the works.  Let's all hope so.

EBONY.com: You recently got caught up in a nasty rumor with Kobe Bryant, that you were somehow the reason for his marriage ending after you two were seen in the same VIP section at Jay-Z and Kanye West’s Watch the Throne concert. I have to say I absolutely loved your response to the rumor on Twitter.

Sanaa: I probably shouldn’t have said that because I don’t discriminate when it comes to dating. I have dated all races and I believe you should be free to do whatever you want. But I was so annoyed because I was having such a great time at the concert and Kobe happen to be standing next to me, and then all of a sudden I was tied to his break-up. That’s absurd, and I tweeted that in the moment, and I regret it. But to each its own. It’s just funny that if it’s written people believe it, and even though I have said I have nothing to do with him, people are still saying when is the baby due


EBONY.com: There seems to be a Best Man 2 in the works, can you tell us more about that?
Sanaa: Nothing has been confirmed yet regarding Best Man 2, but it is a great script that we have all read. It’s all on the studio and them deciding to do it.  I know a lot of people are excited and anticipating the movie, but we all just have to cross our fingers and hopefully it will all come together. Everyone in the cast is excited and on board, and I think people will be really pleasantly entertained to see where these characters have evolved over the twelve years.
