BET continues their original programming and I'm very pleased. Tracie Elliss Ross and Malcom-Jamal Warner will star in a original comedy pilot titled "Read Between the Lines". According to Deadline, the series will revolve around Ross as a busy psychiatrist and co-stars Malcom-Jamal.
This is refreshing considering "Girlfriends" was interrupted in their 8th season and never received an appropriate season ending. I would love to see a "Girlfriends" movie for some closure. But I digress.
BET also picked up a 5th season of "The Game".
